At Kokudi, we are curating the best of India’s homegrown modern fashion. Whether you are copping the latest streetwear drop or a staple aesthetic fit, we know you want to wear it ASAP. We are committed to delivering your style essentials quickly, safely, and efficiently.

Below are the details of our shipping procedures, timelines, and charges.

1. Shipping Scope

Where do we ship?

We ship to over 19,000+ pin codes across India. From the heart of metro cities to emerging towns, we ensure that modern Indian fashion is accessible everywhere.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

Kokudi acts as a marketplace for various independent Indian brands and designers. Processing times depend on the specific brand you are purchasing from:

 * Ready-to-Ship Items: Most standard orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.

 * Made-to-Order / Limited Drops: Some of our aesthetic labels operate on a sustainable, made-to-order basis or release limited batch drops. For these items, dispatch may take 3 to 7 business days.

Note: You will receive an email and SMS/WhatsApp notification as soon as your fit is on its way.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once your order leaves the warehouse, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be influenced by public holidays, extreme weather, or high-volume sale periods.

4. Shipping Charges

We keep our shipping costs transparent and wallet-friendly.

 * Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹500.

 * Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500.

 * Cash on Delivery (COD): A convenience fee of ₹10 applies to all COD orders to cover secure cash handling charges by our logistics partners.

5. Split Shipments (Multi-Brand Orders)

Since Kokudi hosts multiple homegrown brands, if your cart contains items from different designers (e.g., a top from Brand A and trousers from Brand B), your items may be shipped separately.

 * You will receive separate tracking links for each package.

 * You do not pay extra shipping for split shipments; the standard policy applies to the total order value.

6. Order Tracking

Don't stress about where your package is.

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a Tracking ID via email and SMS. You can also track the real-time status of your delivery by logging into your account on the Kokudi website under "My Orders." 

7. Non-Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times. If you are unavailable to receive the package after these attempts, the order will be returned to the seller.

 * Prepaid Orders: If a prepaid order is returned due to non-availability, please contact us at [Support Email] to arrange a re-shipment (re-shipping fees may apply).

8. Tampered or Damaged Packages

We maintain strict quality control, but accidents happen in transit.

 * Do not accept the package if the outer seal is broken or the box looks tampered with.

 * If you open the package and find a damaged product, please record a video of the unboxing and report it to us within 24 hours at support@kokudi.com.
