Cancellation Policy

At Kokudi, we understand that plans can change. You can cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.

To cancel your order, log in to your Kokudi account and go to My Orders, or contact our support team at support@kokudi.in with your order details.

If your payment has already been processed, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that certain products sold by our partner brands may have specific cancellation terms, which will be mentioned on their product pages.

 

2. Refund Policy

We want you to love what you order from Kokudi. If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

Refunds are only applicable for:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect orders received
  • Items cancelled before dispatch

To request a refund, please contact us at support@kokudi.in within 7 days of delivery, along with your order ID and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that products sold by our partner brands are subject to their individual return and refund policies, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
