1. Orders & Products
Q: What is Kokudi?
A: Kokudi is a curated fashion marketplace focusing exclusively on modern, aesthetic clothing from homegrown Indian brands. We bring you high-quality streetwear, minimalist fits, and trend-focused apparel—all made in India.
Q: Why do sizes vary between products?
A: Since we host multiple independent brands, sizing charts may differ from one label to another. A "Medium" in one brand might be a "Large" in another, especially with oversized or boxy fits. We strongly recommend checking the specific Size Chart on every product page before adding to cart.
Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
A: No, you can shop as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders easily, save your shipping details for faster checkout, and get early access to new drops.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once an order is dispatched, we cannot modify the size or address. Please contact our support team at support@kokudi.in immediately if you need help.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Q: Why did I receive my order in multiple packages?
A: Kokudi is a multi-brand marketplace. If you ordered items from different sellers (e.g., a hoodie from Brand A and cargo pants from Brand B), they are shipped from different warehouses across India. You will receive separate tracking links for each package.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track the status in real-time by logging into your account under the "My Orders" section.
Q: How long will delivery take?
A:
* Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
* Rest of India: 4–7 business days
* Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
* Note: Made-to-order or pre-order items may have longer dispatch timelines, which will be mentioned on the product page.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship exclusively to 19,000+ pin codes within India.
3. Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?

Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Refunds are initiated after the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check (typically 48 hours after pickup).
* Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment source (5–7 business days).
* COD Orders: Refunded to your bank account via a payout link or store credit.

Q: Is there a fee for Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: Yes, a small convenience fee of ₹10 is charged on COD orders to support secure cash handling by our logistics partners. Prepaid orders are usually free of this charge.
